About the role

Perfectly situated at 19 Avenue Kléber, The Peninsula sits in the heart of Paris within walking distance of some of the world’s most famous monuments, museums and luxury shopping districts. The Peninsula houses 200 luxurious rooms, including 93 suites.  Working alongside a high profile and prestigious team, The Peninsula Paris is seeking a Senior Sales manager.

Key accountabilities

 

  • Coordinate and drive sales efforts focused on your territories, ensuring alignment with the hotel and group’s overall business goals and values
  • Develop, manage, and maintain key accounts, including qualifying new opportunities and nurturing existing relationships.
  • Lead and execute sales promotions and targeted campaigns to enhance Peninsula Paris awareness and generate revenues.
  • Collaborate with travel partners, tour operators, and corporate clients to design and implement sales programs that support market penetration and revenue growth.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for sales inquiries, group bookings, and leads, you will ensure consistent follow-up and maintain detailed records of activities and progress to optimize sales opportunities.
  • Support the execution of sales trips, events, and presentations, representing The Peninsula Paris to key stakeholders.

General requirements

 

  • Proactive, self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative and persistent, with the ability to work autonomously yet with a genuine and dynamic team spirit.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset, able to synthesize information and provide detailed reports to sales management on actions taken, market trends, and results.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ working experience with proven track record of success in sales luxury hospitality.
  • Excellent reading, writing & oral proficiency in French and English are mandatory. Additional language is a plus.
  • Flexibility to travel and attend industry events as required.
