Field Marketing Specialist - Southlake, TX

Coldwell Banker Realty has been the #1 residential real estate brokerage in America for 24+ years and we are looking for an enthusiastic and strategic Field Marketing Specialist to support local real estate agents by helping them build their business using Coldwell Banker’s industry-leading programs and technology products. This role protects our brand while making our agents look - and perform - like the best in the market. This position plays an important role by helping protect the company’s brand image and showcasing our unique value proposition for agents (our “Core 4”). 

This role is in office 5 days a week and will support four of our DFW area offices - Southlake, Flower Mound, Greater Fort Worth, and Ellis County. You will be expected to travel to these offices on a regular weekly basis.

Core Responsibilities:
 

Agent Strategy & Coaching

• Partner with branch managers and leadership to identify which agents need stragetic marketing support
• Run one-on-one and small group sessions to build out agents' personal marketing strategy — content, brand, and positioning
• Translate corporate marketing initiatives into practical, no-jargon guidance agents can actually use, regardless of their comfort level with tech
• Conduct digital scorecard reviews (social presence, online reputation, testimonials) and turn findings into an action plan

 

Content & Campaigns

• Help agents build a real social media strategy — organic content, paid social, Reels, and review/testimonial promotion
• Work with the creative team on local recruiting campaigns
• Support office and market-level campaigns: awards recognition, agent spotlights, community events, and press features

 

Onboarding & Training

• Reaching out to and assisting office staff with newly affiliated real estate agents in getting onboarded and set up for success
• Build and run a monthly calendar of workshops and trainings (in-person and virtual) on topics agents can use to grow their business - social media, AI tools, lead gen, personal branding
• Present at office meetings and regional trainings

 

Recruiting Support

• Build personalized recruiting presentations for VIP prospective agents and present alongside the branch manager
• Support office staff and recruiters with candidate outreach and welcome communications

 

Operations & Compliance

• Communicate regularly with your Field Marketing Manager and local leadership on wins, roadblocks, and regional priorities
• Stay current on Fair Housing language, MLS rules, state/local Realtor association requirements, and CB brand identity standards
• Manage multiple offices and competing deadlines

What You'll Need

• 2+ years in marketing, a creative agency, or communications (field marketing experience is a strong plus)
• Real estate industry experience preferred, not required
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office, and quick to pick up new platforms and tools
• Working knowledge of paid social campaign basics
• Strong presentation, writing, and public speaking skills
• A track record of managing multiple priorities and deadlines 
   

Logistics

• In-office 5 days/week with regular weekly travel to assigned offices in the region
