• Managing orders and providing customer support in English and German.

• Responding to customer inquiries via email and chat

• Continuously enhancing the customer experience.

• English (our company language is English) and German | both at least C1

• Previous experience in customer support or a service-oriented role is a plus but not required

• Interest in airsoft or a willingness to learn about it.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a structured approach to work.

You can expect a gross monthly salary of at least EUR 2.200,00 (full-time basis). The extent of any overpayment is contingent upon one's professional expertise and qualifications.
