We work with members throughout Wisconsin to find providers that fit each of their needs. Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible.
We are seeking a kind and reliable Weekend Caregiver to provide support to a Chetek woman in the comfort of her own home. The client is a strong advocate for herself, communicates her needs clearly, and has a great sense of humor. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a deep commitment to improving the clients’ quality of life, prioritizing their safety, comfort, and overall well-being in every aspect of care.      LOCATION:  Chetek, WI  WAGE:  $16.32 per hour  SCHEDULE:   2.5 hours per weekend:  1.25 per day to be split into 2 shifts each day                              Saturday and Sunday Mornings: Start time 10AM                                Saturday and Sunday Late Afternoon/Early Evening: Return between                              4pm and 7pm.  
TASKS:  • Light housekeeping (dishes, organizing)  • Medication assistance     REQUIREMENTS:  • Criminal/Caregiver background check required   • Reliable transportation  • Experienced in assisting with medication administration  • Member prefers FEMALE caregiver  For questions or other inquiries, feel free to email us at cdwibrokers@consumerdirectcare.com
