Workgroup Lead, Fleet Management

ROSEN USA, based in Houston, TX seeks to employ a Fleet Management Work Group Lead, in our Houston Texas office.
 

Responsibilities:

• Plans, directs and coordinates all company vehicles, trailers and external rentals.
• Operate and maintain a computerized network (GPS) tracking system which tracks vehicles, parts, fuel consumption, and vehicle mileage compliance with DOT. 
• Review and audit fuel cards (WEX)
• Plan and schedule maintenance and repairs and generate purchase orders for new and replacement vehicles.
• Prepares short and long range forecasts to minimize operational costs.
• Monitor and apply various DOT regulatory requirements, to include internal audits.
• Daily/weekly/monthly ELD & DOT violation reports to FIO, SCM & REC team personnel
• Monitor CSA score and preform audits of federal and state data issued by FMCSA
• Quarterly international fuel tax reporting (IFTA) 
• Receives and processes vehicle accident and damage reports.
• Prepares cost analysis and periodic management and operational reports to upper management.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with ROSEN USA internal processes to analyze and develop methods and procedures for vehicle safety.
• Ensure all company vehicle safety policies are strictly upheld.
• Ensure all employees are adhering to Rosen’s Company policies and procedures
• Ensure  that assigned employees are trained and qualified to do their duty and tasks on a level which allows for individual as well as global flexibility
• Support execution in the supervision of resources to ensure the defined procedures are able to be followed and optimized
• Provide continuous feedback on a monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, and annual basis about employee’s performance in order to contribute with their professional career
• Measure and Track the performance of the Workgroup against the goals set for the Work Group (Key Performance Indicators)
• Assist Head of Supply Chain or Alternate Manager with assigned resourcing related tasks including but not limited to:
  • Hiring of SCM Personnel
  • Tracking of Personnel Qualifications
  • IT resourcing related issues 
  • PIP related issues
  • Identify training demands
  • Set up Trainings for SCM personnel

REQUIREMENTS

•    A Bachelor’s degree in any related field discipline or equivalent work experience in a related area is preferred.
