My Epic gear is a new gear membership that provides all the benefits of owning gear, but with more choice, lower cost, and no hassle. Membership unlocks access to over 60 of the latest ski and snowboard models and the convenience of choosing in-resort delivery and daily slopeside pick-up & drop-off, at 12 North American resorts. All managed from the palm of your hand in the My Epic app. 

 

Job Summary:  

The My Epic Gear/Rental Delivery Store Manager leads the day-to-day operation of the My Epic Gear and Rental Delivery programs for (Resort). This position is responsible for the overall management of multiple in-market locations including performance management and supervision of staff, financial management, hiring, training, and scheduling.  

 

As the Store Manager of My Epic Gear (resort), you will hire, lead, and develop the store staff while executing company strategies to ensure an experience of a lifetime for Members and Employees. This position requires a commitment to providing exceptional guest service, strong organizational skills, willingness to learn multiple software programs, and the ability to manage multiple locations and team members. You will also be responsible for fostering an inclusive environment that focuses on our best-in-class customer experience and aligns with our brand's values.

• Starting Wage: $43,888.00 - $65,912.80 

• Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2025/2026  

• Shift Type: Full Time hours available 

• Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age

Job Responsibilities:  

• Own the execution of My Epic Gear and Rental delivery to ensure operations are compliant, accurate and efficient.   

• Lead daily operations, monitoring performance and budget including scheduling and payroll.  Act as manager-on-duty in the absence of a Store Manager. 

• Monitor team performance and behavior to provide meaningful feedback and direction, providing recognition or correction action if necessary  

• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and provide excellent customer service through timely response to customer questions, suggestions, complaints, and recognition  

• Participate with leadership forums providing feedback and input on store performance, training, and continuous improvement opportunities.
