Manager, Data Analytics (Pricing Management)

Job Description

Your main responsibilities:

• Coordination the activities of the analytical team, which provides data supporting the creation of strategies and setting directions for operations in the area of Price Management
• Responsibility for obtaining information and preparing analyzes 
• Working with owners of various processes and products in developing optimal solutions for a given area
• Preparizing analyzes for the effects of implementing new solutions, building conclusions and recommendations
• Analyzing large data sets in search of patterns and dependencies that affect the key area for the company

We are looking for people who:

• Have experience in analyzing large volumes of data and you are able to combine data from many different sources
• Know SQL, GCP, LookerStudio, Github, Apache Airflow, Python very well and have experience in working with distributed database systems
• Know how to choose statistical techniques and data visualization methods adequate to the research problem (Data Studio, Tableau)
• Are fluent in English (at a minimum B2 level) and the ability to create recommendations for the management board in the form of text documents and slides in this language is necessary
• Have team management skills, with a focus on team development 
• Are able to cooperate with many stakeholders, while developing effective ways of communication
• Have working experience - 5+ years of experience in data analytics, 2+ years in data team leader role
• Pricing experience will be an additional advantage
