About the Team
Capital One is on a mission to create stress-free products for everyday banking enabled by real-time intelligent experiences. A critical role the Bank provides customers is helping them maintain good account standing, thus making it easier to pay bills or access capital when needed. The Senior Associate, Product Manager, for Resiliency Experiences Servicing is responsible for investing in our collections and recoveries experience to help increase account retention for some of our most vulnerable customers while also delivering on the mission by reinventing the customer experience. In particular, this role is responsible for modernizing the collections and recoveries experience for both the customers whose accounts go negative and the agents who service them, along with enhancing our money movement capabilities and advancing optimization of our overall case management process.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience

• At least 2 years of experience working in Product Management

Preferred Qualifications:

• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: 

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)

  • A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

McLean, VA: $109,000 - $124,400 for Sr. Associate, Product Management
