Customer Service Representative

M.E. Flow in Lorton, VA, is looking for a dynamic Customer Service Representative to join a thriving business that believes in work-life balance and cares about YOU!  

Essential Functions:

• Answer incoming customer requests and inquiries in a professional & friendly manner
• Act as a liaison between customers, technicians, salespersons & management
• Schedule service and routine maintenance appointments
• Maintain & update customer records based on interactions.
• Process invoice payments
• Provide information about products and services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and concerns
• Develop & maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products & services that benefit our customers
• Participate in in-house training on products & services needed by our customers& office software required to fulfill this position.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-year administrative or customer service experience in an office setting is required
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office is a required
• Service Titan is a plus
• Ability to easily cultivate strong rapport with customers and co-workers
• Find it rewarding to organize, prioritize, and manage time effectively to see a task through to completion
• Work well independently & with integrity in a structured yet relaxed environment.
• Enjoy patiently and empathetically helping others
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
