About the role
Devices & Services Trust & Privacy is seeking an experienced Product Manager-Technical to join our Trust Fundamentals team. In this role, you will work with cross-functional teams of technical and non-technical key stakeholders to develop product strategy, define business and product requirements, and work with technical teams to deliver software tools and services to enable numerous devices and services teams to comply with complex and evolving privacy regulations. If you enjoy working in a rapidly changing environment and influencing the strategic direction of a global organization, this position will provide you with a challenging opportunity.
Key job responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with technical and non-technical teams involved with privacy regulations and compliance. This includes Engineering, Technical Program Management, Legal, Privacy Operations and others.
- Scope, plan, implement and deliver privacy programs while collaborating with Technical Program Managers, business owners and senior leadership to align with strategic vision and goals
- Develop complex business and technical requirements that define large, impactful, and highly cross-functional program initiatives while simultaneously defining a set of smaller projects and operations.
- Drive strategic cross-functional planning, leading discovery and prioritization by closely partnering with engineering leads to develop privacy feature plans
-Drive projects cross-functionally, build partnerships with other organizations and work proactively with business teams to ensure privacy objectives are met
-Establish metrics and regular reporting mechanisms for measuring privacy compliance
- Support deep dive assessments and ad-hoc data analysis requests
- Deliver findings, recommendations and remediation steps for all activities
- Conduct analysis of historical data to identify trends and insights
- Bring innovative ideas, finding better ways of engaging our customers and service owners, and solve hard problems
- Communicate clearly and effectively to management on the plans, status and critical issues

- 5+ years of customer-facing product development and product management, including defining, launching, and optimizing product and services experience
- Knowledge of agile product development and life-cycle management process
- Bachelor's degree

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $103,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $201,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
