Job Description

The Customer Fullfilment Coordinator is the contact person in the market for all operational related topics, including Master Data, Scheduling, Order Management, Warehousing and Distribution.

Your role:

• Ensure optimal allocation and fulfillment of orders and returns, working through GBS as executing organization for order management:

• Order handling performance management

• Master data monitoring

• Order Monitoring / OM Escalations

• Scheduling activities monitoring

• Refusals / Returns / Claims & Dispute Management

• VAS to Stock

• Ensure a smooth fulfillment by working together with Integrated Warehousing & Distribution (IW&D) for seamless logistics execution
