Ready for Something New? We are currently interviewing  Contract/Travel Family Clinic/Outpatient RN's for Tsaile Health Center Located in Tsaile, AZ.   As a contract As a Family Clinic Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing quality primary care in a family medical clinic setting and working closely with the healthcare team to ensure that patients of all ages receive the best possible care.  Outpatient Services include general medical, pediatric, prenatal, and geriatric patients.

• Long-term travel contract up to 1 year, with extension options
• 8-hour shifts
• Family Medical Clinic
• Can work on any US Registered Nursing license
• BLS Required, PALS preferred
• Monday - Friday 8 am to 5 pm
• Closed on weekends and Holidays
• 2+ years of experience as an RN Required
• Family Medical, Clinic, Urgent Care or Outpatient experience as an RN required
• Registered Nurse, RN
• ADN Required, BSN Preferred
• Previous IHS experience Helpful
• Travel Experience Preferred

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient assessments.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patients for changes in condition and respond appropriately.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and health management.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Perform procedures such as catheterization, medical imaging, and other interventions as needed.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a safe and effective healthcare environment.

Requirements

Requirements

• Minimum of (2) two years experience required as an RN
• RN Nursing experience in a clinic, urgent care or Medical Office Setting required
• Graduate from a National League of Nursing Accredited Nursing Program 
• Bachelor’s degree, Associate degree, or Diploma from an accredited professional nursing education program as an RN is required. 
• Active BLS (Basic Life Support) Required,  & PALS preferred
• Applicant must have active and unrestricted, current licensure as a Professional Registered Nurse (RN) in any State, District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a Territory of the United States 
•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to work varying shifts and schedules
• Must be a US citizen, living Primarily in the United States
• Must be willing to pass a federal background check
