Shift/Hours: Full-Time – 36 hours/week, Night Shift 7P-7A

The Registered Nurse/Team Leader is responsible for providing nursing leadership in an associate management role for an assigned shift. Provide for the care needs of patients utilizing the nursing process either by directly providing the care or by supervising the care on assigned shift. Works collaboratively with interdisciplinary team to facilitate the throughput of patients both in and out of the unit in a timely manner.

Qualifications
Education, Credentials, Licenses: Graduate from accredited School of Nursing, licensed to practice nursing in the state where work is being performed. Meets contact hour requirements for licensure, including all state-required courses.
Specialized Knowledge: Ability to direct self and others. Aware of Nursing standards, policies, procedures and protocols. Knowledgeable of the organization’s mission, vision, values. Demonstrates clinical proficiency
Kind and Length of Experience: One-year recent nursing experience in clinical area of specialty. Experience as a shift charge nurse.
