LotusWorks is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, integral to our people-first approach.&nbsp;</p></div><p>The Construction Manager plays a key role within the Construction Management team, working closely with design professionals, clients, subcontractors, and craftspeople to address complex coordination issues and lead on-site quality control efforts across large, high-tech facility projects. This role is based full-time at the project site and is responsible for managing assigned scopes of work from installation through to system startup and commissioning. The successful candidate will bring strong construction management experience, a collaborative approach, and a proven ability to deliver in complex, mission-critical environments.<br><br></p> <h3>Responsibilities:</h3> <ul> <li>Oversee subcontractor and vendor installation work on a daily basis, ensuring adherence to installation schedules and supporting system startup and commissioning activities.</li> <li>Act as the interface between Area Construction Managers and multiple subcontractors, coordinating system startups across disciplines.</li> <li>Verify that all documentation is complete and that equipment being prepared for startup is construction-complete and can be safely energized or started.</li> <li>Coordinate assigned systems with civil, architectural, and structural elements within the overall project design.</li> <li>Organize and facilitate training of client personnel in the operations and maintenance of installed systems.</li> <li>Run startup meetings involving Area Construction Managers, design team members, subcontractors, local utility agencies, and owners to coordinate and drive system startup activities.</li> <li>Review and process project submittal information, coordinating between multiple submittals to ensure accuracy and functionality across all systems.</li> <li>Receive and distribute requests for information (RFIs) and change in scope documents issued by project team members.</li> <li>Act as the technical advisor at the onsite field construction office, supporting the broader project team with expertise and guidance.</li> <li>Will need to assist in scope demarks thru page turns and BIM fly throughs.</li> &
