The opportunity:
As our founding SDR, you'll be pivotal in laying the groundwork for our outbound strategy, managing inbound activity and gaining insights into the trust & safety market landscape. Your main objective will be to schedule qualified meetings with Incognia sales executives, strategically mapping Incognia’s target customer landscape, establish an efficient process for inbound engagement, and gather industry insights. You will collaborate closely with our sales and marketing teams, leveraging marketing content to drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
Inbound
Qualify leads from marketing as sales opportunities.
Identify customer needs and align them with potential use cases.
Present Incognia’s solutions to potential customers.
Schedule appointments, follow up, and manage leads.
Outbound
Collaborate with the sales team to understand target personas and tailor outreach strategies accordingly.
Create comprehensive org charts to support the sales teams in understanding decision-making hierarchies.
Compile lists of potential leads.
Market intelligence
Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competition.
Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and leverage marketing materials for outbound initiatives.
Provide feedback to the marketing team based on customer interactions.
Sales alignment
Stay up-to-date with the technology, products, and use cases.
Continuously update the sales team on potential leads, market insights, and outbound campaign results.
Utilize Hubspot to manage and document all leads and sales activities.
Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management.
Requirements
Experience as a Sales Development Representative.
Experience with CRM software (e.g. Hubspot) and sales automation tools.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
Understanding of sales performance metrics, techniques and strategies.
Proven creative problem-solving approach, strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Time management and organizational skills.
Enthusiasm for learning and staying updated on industry trends.
