Job Description

OI's  Country Group Quality Lead/Director will have the opportunity to play a massive role in any and all Quality opportunities. We need someone to "kick-down" any doors to continue our transformation of driving Quality Excellence for our Operations and our Customers!

The Country Group Quality Lead/Director should have:

• Strong track record as a change agent
• Strong ability to integrate Quality and Operations
• Ability to build trust with the team and transform that into influence

The Country Group Quality Lead/Director will:

• Manage and develop a team of 7 direct reports and functional leadership over many more
• Report to the VP of Operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (engineering preferred)
• Master’s Degree preferred
• 15+ years combined experience and education – candidates may also have experience in non-quality disciplines such as engineering or business
• Experience with Quality Management System (ISO 9001) and Food Safety Management System (FSSC 22000)
• Green Belt required, Black Belt preferred
• Bilingual (English and other) preferred

Additional Information

Salary Range:  The expected salary range for this position is between $170K & $225K with STI Bonus Target of 30% and an LTI Bonus Target of 25%.  Actual pay will be adjusted based upon candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
