Requirements

TS/SCI with poly required

• Twenty (20) years experience as a SE in projects of similar scope, type and complexity is required.
• Demonstrated experience in planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with Transition and Decommissioning of legacy systems and moving the data into a modern data format/warehouse
• Modelling data
• Experience or knowledge with legacy systems
• Experience in Cloud Based, large data warehouses. Ability to understand complex systems and make recommendations on how to integrate or modify systems to build out new capabilities.
• Experience defining requirements, creating architecture diagrams, creating a plan/schedule, and leading the development of large capabilities across multiple systems and external dependencies
• Experience with using modern Query and Presentation Tools
• Compliance experience
• Ability to work and guide developers, and provide Acceptance Criteria and test procedures
• Experience using JIRA/Confluence
