Sales Associate

Our offering consists of specialized technology solutions, contact centre and business process outsourcing services, to serve the increasing needs of financial institutions and organizations with strong consumer transactions business, such as Retail Banks, Public Utilities, Telecommunications Providers and large Private Companies.

Mellon Technologies seeks to hire a Sales Associate.

The ideal candidate will be able to support sales activities for EFTPOS solutions and digital Signage solutions. He/she will work closely with Business Development Manager supporting the sales for Products and Services related to Merchant Acquiring business and Digital Signage.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver quality quotations including the preparation of P&L
  
• Receive product related commercial calls & emails from clients and perform onsite visits to clients.
• Support the creation and delivery of RFPs and Tenders.
• Support the creation and delivery of presentations on products and services of the Group to the clients.
• Update sales documentation and process manuals
• Support BD Manager to monitor sales projections and sales budgets
• Monitor competitors' products, including relevant sales and marketing data
• Contribute to improving the business by putting forward new ideas and by implementing change when requested to do so
• Monitor performance and intervenes, when needed, to ensure delivery of plans
• Streamline, together with Sales Operations, the Sales processes and ensure all systems integration are well done

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Business Administration or related discipline
  
• 1-3 years of B2B sales experience in a technology or product driven environment
• Experience working in a team-oriented environment
• Very good communication skills in English (oral and written)
• PC literate (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
• Good knowledge of ERP system Navison will be highly appreciated
