Job Description

As an intern for the exciting EAL region, your 12-month internship will involve taking on specific responsibilities while supporting the Sales & Marketing Management Team with various tasks. You will gain insights into the structure of a multinational organization by coordinating sales activities across countries worldwide.

This role will require frequent communication with local Managers in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific.

Your tasks will include the following:

• Support the central managers in Breda, focusing on Europe.
• Provide daily assistance to local managers in different countries.
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual Sales Forecasting for the region.
• Category Management in close cooperation with the local managers: Optimize Dremel category 'shelf presentations' in stores using Apollo Software.
• Collaborate with departments centrally and internationally.
• Work closely with the intern Portfolio Management Regional (AP, Africa, LA) for daily tasks and projects.
• Analyze market data and sales, utilizing Central KPI reporting with a focus on a profitable business. 
• Support yearly sales and marketing plan for long-term business planning, emphasizing product launches and categories (tools, accessories, attachments).

Qualifications

We are seeking analytical and proactive applicants capable of working both within a team and independently to apply for an internship within our Sales & Marketing department in Breda. Applicants should be internationally oriented and have excellent communication skills.

You are:

• Currently studying International Business Sales Management or a related degree, preferably in the 3rd or 4th year.
• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English, with potential experience in a second language.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Motivated individual who shows initiative and can independently manage challenges.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, demonstrated through experience in studies and/or previous employment.

We are looking for an energetic and hands-on intern capable of working within a team spirit and autonomously. The ideal candidate should be ready to contribute to new ideas and projects.

• Internship allowance between €450,- €550 - per month);
• Extra monthly allowance of €450,- for accommodation (in case you have to move to The Netherlands);
