THE JOB:

As a Felt Busser/Runner you'll be the backbone of our bar, ensuring everything runs smoothly while maintaining its pristine appearance! Your welcoming smile and great service will set the stage for an amazing guest experience.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Be the Heart of Service: Play a vital role in creating unforgettable guest experiences by keeping tables clean and service areas sparkling, ensuring every visit is exceptional!

• Energetic Environment: Work in a fun, fast-paced atmosphere where your friendly smile and positive attitude welcome guests and elevate their experience!

• Team Collaboration: Be the essential link between the Felt Cocktail Servers, helping to resolve guest issues and ensuring smooth operations throughout the shift!

• Growth Opportunities: Embrace a dynamic role with a variety of responsibilities, from setting up for success to polishing glassware, all while building valuable skills in the hospitality industry! 

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• At least 21 years of age

• 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience

• 6+ Months of Prior Relevant Experience

Pay Rate

The rate for this role is:

$13.88

This is a tip eligible position.

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
