What You'll Do:

• Perform tire inspections, installations, rotations, and balancing
• Always follow safety procedures and shop guidelines
• Deliver excellent customer service with a positive, professional attitude
• Keep the shop clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Accurately document services performed
• Conduct test drives as needed (valid driver’s license required)

What You Bring:

• Experience with tire installation/removal is a plus—but we’ll train the right person
• Dependable, team-oriented, and ready to work
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to doing the job right
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a big plus

• Some professional experience removing and installing tires preferred
• Team player
• Attention to detail
• Customer service oriented
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Possess a valid driver's license w/good driving record
• Strong problem-solving skills
