Responsibilities:

• Management and development of a part of the Engineering team

• Analyse, improve, and troubleshoot processes to achieve better performance, safety, and ergonomics

• Responsible for technology installations, modifications, testing, and optimization (including safety, FSS5, and validation)

• Define/revise the Technical Road Map and prepare related Capital Investments to meet the company’s strategy and targets

• Support/lead of VAVE and LEAN activities

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Master degree, preferably in Engineering

• Min. 8 years experience in Engineering in a production plant

• Good knowledge of Czech language + fluent in written and verbal English

• Good technical knowledge of relevant technology

• Experience in Project management

• Experience in structured/multi-cultural/globally operating business

• Safety and environmental requirements knowledge

• Flexibility, problem-solving and priority-setting-oriented approach

• Communication and presentation skills
