Role Overview:

As a Senior Strategic IT Solutions Architect or Program Technical Lead at Next Phase, you'll play a pivotal role in architecting innovative IT solutions tailored to the unique needs of government agencies. Leveraging your deep technical expertise and strategic vision, you'll collaborate closely with clients to understand their goals and design scalable, secure solutions that capture the essence of their requirements in winning federal proposals.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their strategic goals and technical needs, shaping solutions that align with their objectives.
  • Design scalable and secure solutions for targeted agency systems, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and emerging technologies.
  • Develop compelling materials and deliver presentations to senior federal leadership, showcasing the value of our solutions and thought leadership.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends, integrating innovative approaches into our solutions to drive continuous improvement and competitive advantage.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or Program Technical Lead (required). Trusted relationships supporting government agencies such as NOAA, DHS, NASA (Goddard & HQ), DOC, FCC, FAA, and DISA - a plus!
  • Experience developing briefings on complex technical topics and delivering presentations to senior federal leadership.
  • Strong expertise in developing technical portions of federal proposals and designing federal systems.
  • Fifteen (15) years of total experience in engineering or IT, with at least three (3) years at a federal agency.
  • Track record of serving as a Technical Lead, Solutions Architect, or Technical Program Manager for eight (8) out of fifteen (15) years.
  • Willingness to attend in-person meetings at NASA (Goddard & HQ), NOAA, and DHS on a regular basis.

  • You must be a US citizen or green cardholder with established residency in the US for the past three (3) years.
