You will contribute to global products and platforms that serve both internal and external customers in Commercial Real Estate across multiple regions. Working closely with international Product, Engineering, DevOps, Data, QA and Architecture teams, you will ensure delivery excellence, software quality and great customer experience.</p><p>Your expertise will contribute directly to the quality of modern, component-based frontend application built with React and Typescript, as well as robust backend services developed in .NET.</p><p>You are a hands-on problem-solver with strong quality principles, who thrives in a collaborative and agile environment. This role offers the opportunity to influence technical direction and mentor junior members of the team while building solutions with real business impact.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Automation-First Test-Strategy</strong></p><ul><li>Collaborate towards the creation of a reusable automation testing framework</li><li>Develop and maintain comprehensive automated tests suites across frontend, backend, and API layers using tools such as Cypress, Playwright, Postman.</li><li>Lead the implementation of testing frameworks that support both functional and non-functional testing, with a focus on early detection of defects and fast feedback loops.</li><li>Partner with engineers to incorporate testing considerations into development efforts from the earliest stages – ensuring code is testable, scalable and maintainable.</li><li>Embed automated tests directly into CI/CD pipelines, working with DevOps and Engineering Operations to build quality gates and establish fast, reliable release workflows.</li><li>Drive culture of test-first development with unit-, integration- and performance-testing</li><li>Support root cause analysis and resolution of production issues, ensuring high reliability and uptime</li><li>Help define and adhere to coding standards, documentation and software lifecycle best practices.</li></ul><p><strong>Tooling and Process Development</strong></p><ul><li>Guide the selection and implementation of modern QA tools across test management, performance testing and frontend testing (Storybook integration).</li><li>Contribute to the standardization of test environments and data management strategies</li><li>Set up processes and practices to reduce test flakiness, support parallel execution, and minimize test execution times.</li><li>Advocate for meaningful test coverage that aligns with product requirements and end-user behavior, using Figma and user stories to gu
