About the team + role

We're seeking a motivated self-starter to lead the operational team responsible for processing options onboarding for Robinhood Financial (RHF). As the Manager of the Options Onboarding team, you’ll oversee key processes essential to maintaining and supervising RHF’s options onboarding. Your team will ensure proper controls and oversight of the end to end process. In this role, you'll navigate dynamic situations with swift, strategic decision-making while collaborating with brokerage operations, customer service, and compliance teams. This is a unique opportunity to manage a critical pillar within Robinhood’s brokerage business.

What you’ll do

  • Coordinate responsibilities for the daily options onboarding process.
  • Oversee the forecasting, planning, and intra-day workforce management for the team.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams including engineering and product to implement process improvements.
  • Supervise Daily Checkout to validate options onboarding process.
  • Inspire, mentor, and develop a talented team of brokers to deliver a world class brokerage experience for our customers.
  • Lead operational projects by defining scope, setting timelines, and managing execution from start to finish.

What you bring

  • 7+ years of Brokerage operations experience and extensive options knowledge
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; FINRA Series 7, 63, 4, and 24
  • Deep functional understanding of the securities industry, especially FINRA Rule 2360
  • High levels of empathy and integrity; passion for coaching and developing talent
  • Superb written and oral communication skills
  • Self-starter, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work independently
  • Passion for Robinhood’s products and our mission to democratize finance for all
  • Ability to learn quickly, think critically, and apply creative problem-solving skills to resolve issues and implement process improvements

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood’s equity plan. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.
