Assistant Teacher Responsibilities

• Help maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom
  
  
• Support children’s social, emotional, and developmental growth
  
  
• Assist Lead Teachers with daily classroom activities
  
  
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members
  
  
• Contribute creativity and enthusiasm to classroom experiences
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma required
  
  
• College students and education majors strongly encouraged to apply
  
  
• Experience working with children is a plus
  
  
• Dependable, positive, and team-oriented
  
  
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. when necessary for child safety
  
  
• Must pass state background check requirements
