We are looking for a motivated, ambitious and driven  professional for our IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions as Presales Solution Consultant for France.</p> <p> </p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>The ITOM Presales Solution Consultant’s responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Act as the trusted advisor to our customers for one of our ITOM solution areas.</li> <li>Present this solution area to executives and technical contributors at named and strategic accounts within France in order to architect a technical solution to meet the customer's business requirements.</li> <li>Work hands-on with prospects and customers to demonstrate and communicate the value of our technology throughout the sales cycle, including demos, deep dives, architectural discussions and proof of concepts.</li> <li>Closely collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to continuously improve our products and marketing.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>You will initially oversee one of the ITOM solution areas listed below:</p> <ul> <li><a href="https://www.microfocus.com/en-us/portfolio/it-service-management">IT Service Management</a>,</li> <li><a href="https://www.microfocus.com/en-us/products/finops-express/overview">FinOps</a> and <a href="https://www.microfocus.com/en-us/products/hybrid-cloud-management-x/overview">Cloud Management</a></li> <li><a href="https://www.microfocus.com/en-us/portfolio/aiops-observability">AIOps and Observability</a></li> <li><a href="https://www.microfocus.com/en-us/portfolio/it-operations-automation">IT Process Automation</a></li> <li><a href="https://www.microfocus.com/en-us/products/network-operations-management-suite/overview">Network Management</a></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>B.S./B.A./M.S. in IT, Business Administration/IT, or equivalent technical training. </li> <li>Experience in IT Service Management, IT Asset &amp; Configuration Management, IT Operations Control / Event Management, Network Management, IT Process Automation</li> <li>Experience in IT4IT™ and/or ITIL 4.</li> <li>Experience with OpenText (formerly MicroFocus) ITOM solutions a plus</li> <li>Knowledge of general office practice and business etiquette</li> <li>Understands how to work in a professional environment</li> <li>Good judgment, able to handle confidential information</li> <li>Language proficiency: French: C2; English: C1. German a plus.</li> <li>Willingness to consistently improves skills.</li> <li>Excellent presentation skills.</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Customer oriented.</li> <li>Self-motivated and goal oriented.</li> <li>Eager to learn and collaborate with the team, also occasionally in a wider perimeter, e.g. UK or Germany.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Depending on qualification and interest, OpenText provides multiple development options in form of Technical and Management Ca
