Responsibilities:

• Support and fulfill defined standards within the region (processes, material flow, packaging) and improve them continuously.
• Define regional logistics functions and organization.
• Support developing a common Vibracoustic Logistics strategy.
• Regional logistics KPIs.
• Regional logistics costs of the supply chain.
• Support of supplier development and customer relations.
• Continuous improvement of internal processes within regional SCM, Sales and Engineering.
• Support at bottleneck-management.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Logistics or similar level education.
• Management experiences leading personnel.
• 5+ years in Logistics in automotive industry.
• Supply chain processes (supplier --> Vibracoustic --> customer)
• Production management & production processes.
• Lean management
• Troubleshooting with suppliers, internal production and customers.
• Project management of complex projects and teams.
• Experience in SAP and/or Aurora.
