Join our Commercial Leadership Graduate Program – Begin as a Sales Development Program Analyst in Budapest, Hungary!

What You’ll Do
•    Duration: Three years
•    Rotations: Three unique twelve month assignments designed to build broad exposure to a variety of commercially oriented roles across several of our key growth areas
•    Potential Assignments: quotation engineering, technical support, field sales, field marketing, application engineering, segment sales — depending on country placement.
•    International Exposure: there will be an opportunity to work in at least 2 countries in the 3 year timeframe.
•    Program Start: The program begins with a Sales Development Program Analyst in Budapest, Hungary location, a strategic location within Eaton’s commercial growth strategy in EMEA. In this role, you will be involved in the program management of content creation of our Sales Development & Enablement program through the entire process
•    The program begins in September 2026.

Qualifications:

  • Must currently possess or will have obtained a bachelor's degree in Business (economics, supply chain management, international management) or engineering (electrical, engineering technology, engineering management, applied engineering), Finance or a similar space by August 2026. A master's degree in these fields is also preferred.
  • Work or internship experience is a plus (up to max 3 years of experience)

  • Flexibility to relocate within the EMEA region during the program
