Cybersecurity Sr. Manager, Identity and Access Management, is responsible for the overall strategy, design, implementation, and operation of the IAM program. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a large enterprise environment with experience in complying with country regionalized identity systems. This role reports directly to the Chief Information Security Officer.

How you'll help us innovate to build a better world

 

•    Lead a team in the development, maintenance, and enhancement of IAM policy
•    Manage IAM systems and technologies, while providing governance for the IAM lifecycle
•    Work with stakeholders to identify and mitigate security risks by understanding security requirements 
•    Represent the security organization with internal stakeholders and external integration technologies
•    Stay up to date on the latest IAM technologies and trends
•    Meet regulatory requirements in IAM using cybersecurity frameworks in multiple countries
•    Working understanding of multi-factor authentication, single sign-on, and risk-based authentication, and other related technologies
•    Ensure enterprise risk and security projects and programs adhere to IAM policy and Privileged Access requirements
•    Strong understanding of cybersecurity practices from frameworks and best practices (e.g., ISO 27001, SSO, SAML)
•    Familiarity with cloud-based IAM solutions and identity-as-a-service platforms
•    Evolve and grow company objectives regarding identities and secure authentication methods
•    Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of successfully leading and motivating teams
•    A life-long learner, self-starter and people leader in technology including cybersecurity

We would love to hear from people with

 

• 10+ years of experience in IAM
• 4+ years of experience in a large enterprise environment
• Experience in complying with country regionalized identity systems
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or IAM-specific certifications (e.g., CIAM)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products
