Physical Analysis Intern - Summer 2024

Physical Analysis Lab Arizona provides time-critical analyses for manufacturing to drive gross margin improvement and new technology introduction and for business and R&D groups to enable product and technology introduction.

The ideal candidate will work on a project using one or multiple analysis techniques and provide detail analysis written reports, support, and work across multiple groups within NXP.
 

Qualifications:

• Experience in Scanning electron microscopy, Focus ion beam, Transmission electron microscopy Auger spectroscopy and other chemical analysis techniques
• Good understanding in semiconductor materials and processes and 5S protocol is a plus
• BS or MS degree program in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry or Physics
