What You'll Bring:

  • A bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience is required
  • 7+ plus years of sales performance management experience as an individual contributor; a minimum of 7 + years as business consultant/manager/director in sales performance management or related discipline
  • Sufficient experience with Anaplan to serve as an in-house domain expert and trainer
  • Experience in leading and conducting requirements gathering sessions
  • Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities 
  • Natural communicator – strong writing skills and the ability to effectively make formal and informal presentations to all levels of the organization

    Impact You'll Make:

    This role will act as a key Leader of the newly created Anaplan Center of Excellence and is responsible for the implementation and adoption of Anaplan as an enabler to improve Go-To-Market Effectiveness in an evolving and growing organization. You will need to balance the activities that affect the big picture, while being fluent in the details. The ability to collaborate across multiple front- and back-office functions, influence without authority, and maintain a strong work ethic are critical for success.

    This is a remote position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually.  

    Near-Term Responsibilities

    • Lead the design and implementation of sales territory, quota, and crediting capabilities for the US Markets segment. You will be responsible for coordinating and influencing the efforts of multiple functions, including finance, operations, sales, and technology, as well as a third-party system integrator
    • Based on your experience with the Anaplan tool and Sales Performance Management (SPM) processes, you will make recommendations for opportunities to improve standardization and automation, while maintaining appropriate controls
    • Develop a comprehensive plan for driving adoption across key constituencies, including a plan to train end-users on relevant functionality. Additionally, you will create and manage a plan for developing in-house talent to administer and advance TransUnion’s use of Anaplan

    Longer-Term Responsibilities

    • Play an important role in developing a multi-year roadmap for expanding Anaplan to other parts of our Go-To-Market processes, as well as other segments of the organization
    • Implement best practices for maximizing the benefits to be realized from Anaplan
    • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization
    • Seek opportunities to improve our ability to turn data into actionable information, which will allow for improved decision making and investment decisions
    • Serve as a key member of the Sales Effectiveness leadership team, using your unique background to help drive improvements and facilitate change

    This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.
