Principal Systems Engineer (Test Systems)

Clearance Required: TS/SCI w/ Poly (must be active)

We’re looking for a Principal Systems Engineer (Test Systems) who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

This role supports advanced test systems used to validate complex hardware from early development through production and sustainment.

In this role, you’ll contribute across the engineering lifecycle—from design and development through integration, testing, production support, and sustainment.

What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to define and develop system solutions
- Support system design, integration, testing, and validation activities
- Work with models, simulations, prototypes, hardware, software, and test environments
- Identify technical risks and support informed engineering decisions
- Help improve system performance, reliability, affordability, and efficiency

What We’re Looking For:
- o Practical experience applying Model
- Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) principles, including system modeling with Cameo, or equivalent tools
- Familiarity with Digital Engineering practices and tool chains to enhance design, integration, and test workflows
- Experience with high level programming languages (e.g. Python)
- Demonstrated engineering technical abilities and project management experience
- Experience collaborating with internal and external customers in a team environment (Government, Military, SETA, and Contractor)
- issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required
