We are a fun and collaborative team focused on recruiting engineering talent. This person is a strong communicator, collaborator, and leads by example. As a Talent Business Partner you will directly impact the growth of the company and support our scaling efforts.</p> <p>Role is based in our San Mateo, CA office 3 days a week (Tuesday-Thursday). No remote exceptions.<br><br><strong>You Will:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Drive hiring for critical technical roles across Engineering, Engine, Creator, and Infra, driving full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to close.</li> <li>Proactively source and engage top talent through Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, and other platforms.</li> <li>Influence and improve processes to help the team work smarter, faster, and at scale.</li> <li>Share talent market insights with hiring managers to guide decisions on leveling, compensation, and candidate profiles.</li> <li>Mentor and coach hiring managers and interviewers, raising the bar on calibration, evaluation, and selection practices.</li> <li>Champion a best-in-class candidate experience that reflects our values and culture at every stage of the process.</li> <li>Ensure operational excellence with clean pipelines, accurate data, and strong ATS hygiene.</li> <li>Use data and insights to diagnose bottlenecks, measure impact, and tell compelling stories to stakeholders.</li> <li>A
