Culinary Cook & Floor Lead

We are looking to hire an experienced Cook for the Dietary Department at CCHS in Dayton, WA! 

As the Cook and Floor Lead, you will oversee the quality and consistency of food production within the Dietary Department. Responsibilities include assisting with inventory management and equipment upkeep, ensuring proper food storage, preparation, and service, and maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment. As the designated Person in Charge (PIC), you will also lead kitchen operations, ensuring staff adherence to established workflows and food safety standards. 

A Culinary Degree is required, along with a current Washington State Food Handler's Card. Proven experience in culinary preparation, cooking, and delivering excellent customer service is essential for success in this role.

 

Compensation and Benefits:

• Compensation: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour, depending on experience
• Full-Time, 40 hours per week
• Schedule: Thursdays - Mondays, 10:30am - 7:00pm
• Full-Time Benefits include: Medical/Dental/Vision & Basic Life Insurance; eligibility to participate in a 401K Plan, as well as PTO and Sick Time Accruals
