POSITION SUMMARY:

Our Lawn Care Team Supervisor is expected to run a service route and handle client communications. Ensure all services provided to our clients are completed properly and make our client’s environment healthier, safer, more comfortable, and more enjoyable.  



PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Schedule: Our Lawn Care Team Supervisor  must report to the office and be ready to work by 7:00 a.m.

  Location: 11934 Barker Cypress Rd. Cypress TX 77433


· Production: Our Lawn Care Team Supervisor expected to run a route to achieve their monthly production goals. The route may fluctuate according to business demand. 


· Client communication: Responds to customer service complaints by phone, email, or meets with customers in person, answers troubleshooting calls, resolves problems that are complex, and follows through until a resolution has been reached. Responsible for reporting unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property of our customers.


· Training and development: Plays an important part in the technician’s development, coaching, and training. 


· Compliance: Knowledge of company policies and procedures and communicates these to employees. Seeks counsel of employment law when necessary. Enforces all safety regulations and company policies and procedures.


· Licensing: Must maintain all requirements by SPCB licensing authority.

· Other duties as assigned. 

Requirements

 

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Previous Lawn Care Team Leadership preferred but not required.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. 
  • Must be able to communicate with members at all levels of the organization and customers. 
  • Ability to forecast work seasons and personnel needs. 
  • Detail oriented with the ability to organize department work flow and create solutions for production and administrative problems.
  • High school diploma or GED is required. 
  • Ability to use and navigate electronic tablet/phone, etc. 
  • Computer skills; basic knowledge of Microsoft word and excel. 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS WITH OR WITHOUT ACCOMMODATIONS ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time in extreme temperatures including outdoors.
  • Repetitive lifting, twisting, pulling, pushing and carry up to 50 lbs. may be required.
  • Wears respirator according to OSHA requirements.
  • Some travel may be required. 

DRIVER’S RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ability to drive a vehicle with an automatic gear and enter and exit a truck.
  • Using a company vehicle drives to customer’s property; spends a large part of the day driving and meeting with customers and employees.  
  • Responsible for the maintenance of company vehicle such as tire conditions, tire replacement whenever needed, checks for condition of brakes, gets oil change done in a timely basis, etc.
  • Follows safety protocols while driving, respects driving regulations and codes and reports all work related injuries immediately to HR or Division Manager. 
  • Complies with vehicle policy agreement. 
  • Maintain good driving record. 
  • Reports any auto accidents to Management within 1 hour of accident. 
  • Must maintain an active Texas Driver’s license.
