About the role
The Senior Analyst of Financial Planning & Analysis will be responsible for assisting in the budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes. This position will work cross functionally with multiple business unit finance directors on various key projects including advance pay, and LTV analysis, as well as any other ad-hoc analysis / KPIs.
We are flexible with respect to geographic location, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely/work from home within the U.S. or from our headquarters office in Bethesda, MD.

Primary Duties:
- Annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue & practice share forecasting, presentation to be included in monthly / quarter package to be presented to executive leaders and board of directors
- Variance analysis of target versus actuals at the consolidated, line of business, and, ACO levels
- Ad-hoc reporting and analysis in support of other financial and business priorities
- Key role in Aledade’s corporate insurance renewal strategy
- Return on investment (ROI) analysis related to strategic company initiatives, acquisitions, and practice contracts
- Financial statement impact analysis for new advance pay and practice share offerings
- Financial statement preparation and forecasting including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Accounting / Business Administration or other quantitative field (economics, math, statistics)
- 5+ years working in Finance / Accounting
- Strong knowledge of accounting basics including P&L, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet statements
- Strong working knowledge of finance basics including DCF modeling
- Advanced excel skills, including Financial Modeling, the ability to create and maintain complex spreadsheets, summarize data with Pivot Tables, and comfortable using lookup functions
- Strong analytical skills and detail oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team player attitude is essential - ability to be resourceful, creative and maintain flexibility
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced, variable environment
Preferred knowledge, skills, and/or abilities:
- CPA and/or MBA
- Knowledge of or experience with value based healthcare specifically Medicare related programs a plus but not required
