IT HRIS Delivery Analyst II

Summary

This role will assist with defining and driving the direction of UKG Pro Workforce Management (PWM), Simplot’s timekeeping solution, within our organization.  This includes responsibility for the design, configuration, implementation, and documentation of UKG Dimensions, interfaces to payroll engines and adjacencies to meet internal business and strategic goals.

 

Simplot’s UKG PWM is a globally deployed system with a user base across ten countries.  Leave accruals, attendance, scheduling, and timekeeping processes are all processes that are housed within it.

 

Training is available for the toolset for those that have prior timekeeping, payroll, or IT delivery knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with stakeholders to understand their requirements
• Develop and analyze functional specifications for integrations and configuration
• Design UKG Dimensions to meet business and technology needs
• Independently analyze and troubleshoot pay discrepancies within the Dimensions application
• Coordinate with developers and offshore resources to build and implement technology solutions
• Gather feedback from end users about system performance
• Participate in business projects to deploy or add functionality to company’s timekeeping software
• Involvement with upgrades and large technical projects as needed
• Supports business team on pay rule processing for hourly population
• Escalation point for troubleshooting as part of a technical team

Typical Education

Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from 4 year college or university

Relevant Experience

• 3+ years related experience and/or training
• Payroll and/or timekeeping system experience
