Delivery Specialist

Description

Delivery Specialists at OneWater stores are passionate about delighting customers and achieving or exceeding high expectations guaranteeing maximum customer satisfaction. The position is exempt.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Effectively works closely with Business Manager and Service Writer to ensure the customer has an excellent buying experience.
• Professionally delivers boats to customers, including reviewing the features and benefits of the boat, reviewing electrical panels, toilets, and windlass to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Completes OneWater sales training and maintains communication on a regular basis with existing customers.
• Independently plans days and visits to store locations, setting up deliveries, and reviewing inventory
• Actively participates in Boat Shows, Store and Off-site sales and customer events.

Qualifications & Expectations

• Has a continuous learning mindset, develops and maintains a high-level of product, market and industry knowledge, and obtains OneWater Sales Certifications as needed.
• Builds and maintains positive customer relationships to strengthen customer loyalty, increase referrals and enhance dealer reputation.
• Promotes teamwork, supports and works with other team members, departments and locations to insure the customer has a seamless experience through the sale, financing, delivery and subsequent servicing of the boat.
• Customer satisfaction, both internal and external
• Achieves or exceeds delivery goals
• Effective utilization of OneWater Sales Processes
• Achievement of required OneWater Sales Certifications
• Maritime experience, USCG credentials and endorsements
• Lift 10 lbs infrequently
• Seated, Stooping, Climbing
