Program/Project Manager

Delta Solutions & Strategies is seeking a Program/Project Manager to support our ETMO customer at Joint Base San Antonio, Texas (JBSA).

What you will be doing:

• Perform research, fact-finding, and use analytical and evaluation methods to accurately assess information and provide the Government with recommendations to develop local policies and procedures to sustain human capitol support functions for the USSF.
• Assist the government with analysis to support arbitration of the United States Space Force assignments with Air Force Personnel Center (AFPC) and HQ USSF. This will include face-to-face briefings, briefing development for Director/GO/SES delivery at the forum, travel to support and completion of after-action task generated from the forum(s).
• Design and manage service central selection boards in all phases of execution (Pre-board, In-board, & post-board) activities, perform research, fact-finding, and use analytical and evaluative methods to accurately assess information and provide the Government with recommendations to deliberately develop Guardians through developmental opportunities to sustain human capitol support functions for the USSF.
• Provide analysis and logistical support required to execute a USSF board.

What you will need:

• 10-15 years of experience in an Operations, Engineering, Scientific, Analysis, Policy or Planning field.
• Speechwriting or equivalent experience/responsibility
• DoD Secret clearance desired
• BA/BS required
