Registered Behavior Technician

Seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our motivated team of professionals. In this role, you will deliver Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) services to clients in diverse settings. As an RBT, you will collaborate closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement personalized treatment plans, collect data on client behavior, and provide one-on-one support.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral intervention plans as directed by BCBAs.
• Monitor and record client progress through data collection.
• Assist clients in daily activities and skill-building exercises.
• Engage effectively with clients and their families to foster positive relationships.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in psychology or a related field preferred.
• Must possess a current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. Need help getting your certification? We can assist.
• Available during our current clinic hours
• Able to lift up to 30lbs
