<p style="text-align: center;"><strong>Senior Consultant or Director, Patient-Reported Outcomes (PRO) and Preference Elicitation</strong></p> <p><strong><u>Position Overview:</u></strong></p> <p>We are seeking motivated and experienced professionals to join our HEOR team as a Senior Consultant or Director, focusing on Patient-Reported Outcomes (PRO) and Preference Elicitation Studies. You will contribute to groundbreaking projects that influence healthcare decision-making, advancing the understanding of patient perspectives and preferences to enhance value-driven healthcare delivery.</p> <p><strong><u>Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide strategic leadership in the design and delivery of PRO and preference elicitation research.</li> <li>Drive innovation in preference elicitation methodologies and PRO development.</li> <li>Shape evidence generation strategies to support HTA submissions and payer negotiations.</li> <li>Mentor and develop a team of professionals, fostering expertise in PRO and preference elicitation studies.</li> <li>Build and manage client relationships, contributing to business development through proposal preparation and thought leadership activities.</li> <li>Collaborate with other HEOR functions, including health economic modelling and real-world evidence, to deliver integrated solutions.</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>Desired Skills and Experience&nbsp;</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Advanced degree (PhD or MSc) in Health Economics, Epidemiology, Medical Sciences, Psychology, or a related field.</li> <li><u>Minimum of 7-8 years of experience</u>, with a strong track record in PRO and preference elicitation studies.</li> <li>Demonstrable expertise in designing and conducting qualitative and/or quantitative research for PRO and preference elicitation studies.</li> <li>Knowledge of methodologies for utility measurement, survey development, and psychometric validation.</li> <li>Strong skills in statistical analysis, econometrics, and data interpretation.</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience publishing in peer-reviewed journals.</li> <li>Proven ability to manage projects, teams, and client relationships effectively.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Desirable Expertise:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with advanced statistical methods, survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics), and coding languages (e.g., HTML, JavaScript).</li> <li>Familiarity with HTA environments and global payer requirements.</li> <li>Knowledge of innovative methodologies in preference elicitation, such
