Head Teacher Hollingworth Science Camp

Posting Summary:
Full responsibility for all aspects of teaching a group of elementary-aged children for the duration of the camp program, July 1 through 31, 2025

Job Summary/Basic Function:

• Planning and pacing, and implementation of the curriculum
• Collaboration with co-head and/or assistant/associate teachers
• Mentoring of assistant/associate teachers who are current TC graduate students
• Setting up and breaking down of age-appropriate classroom
• Documentation of curriculum and feedback on the science curriculum
• Parent-teacher communication
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• One year of experience teaching elementary-aged children as a lead teacher in their own classroom

Preferred Qualifications:

• Earned a Master's of Arts or in the process of earning a Master's of Arts degree

Salary Range:

$4,600.00-$5,800.00

Work Modality:

Onsite
