Collaborative Physician Opportunity

American Family Care (AFC) Urgent Care is seeking Collaborative Physicians to provide required oversight for Advanced Practice Providers (Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants) in compliance with state regulations.

This is a flexible, low time-commitment opportunity to earn additional income while supporting high-quality urgent care.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a Collaborative Physician per state law and collaborative practice agreements
• Meet all state-specific collaboration requirements
• Conduct quarterly, in-person chart reviews of APP patient records
• Complete and sign required audit documentation (forms provided)

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board-certified or board-eligible (Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or related specialty)
• Active, unrestricted state medical license
• Eligible for full credentialing
• Urgent care or emergency medicine experience preferred
