The Role: 

Location: Required to be onsite 1-2 days a week or as needed in our San Francisco, CA office. 

We are seeking an experienced Senior Executive Administrative Assistant to support our CFO and the Finance team. This individual will work closely with our CFO on various financial projects as well as other Executive team members and will have a direct role in many of our strategic priorities. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Managing the CFO’s schedule by proactively addressing scheduling conflicts and maintaining all meeting and appointments (close coordination with other EAs) 
  • Managing travel arrangements and expense reporting requirements 
  • Coordinating, planning, and organizing small-to large-scale meetings with internal and external stakeholders including investors, analysts, and board members 
  • Scheduling quarterly earnings preps & risk management plannings for senior executives 
  • Meeting preparation including gathering and building meeting materials; Creating and maintaining presentations 
  • Undertaking special assignments/projects on a wide variety of issues as requested by the CFO and the Finance team 
  • Anticipating needs, problem-solving for challenges, and managing emerging issues in a proactive manner 

Some projects you may support include: 

  • Preparing Finance team annual goals and achievements, with quarterly updates 
  • Board slides and/or presentations 
  • Legal documents, through Docusign or wet signature requirements 
  • Organizing Finance team off sites and team building events  
  • Coordinating CEO/CFO conferences & non-deal roadshows 

Qualifications: 

  • Experience supporting C-Level executives   
  • Forward-thinking, ability to anticipate the CFO's needs 
  • Ability to learn new technology including collaboration tools 
  • Proficient with MS Word and Excel and must have strong PowerPoint skills 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, reliable and timely communication skills 
  • Thorough, with a very high attention to detail; Organized and systematic, with a high degree of respect for structure and process 
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines 
  • Proven ability to maintain high ethical standards, confidentiality and professionalism, creative at brainstorming a path forward when stuck 
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively partner, build trust, and communicate with all levels of employees, warmth and professionalism to our board members and customers 
  • Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time in an office setting or in home office setting while working 

Preferred Qualifications: CFO support or Finance experien
