As a Quality Control Lab Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of our innovation, driving laboratory operations and analytical testing that support product quality, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. In this role, you will:

Provide high-quality customer service while performing quality control laboratory activities.

Interface with corporate, supply chain, customer experience, and laboratory personnel to ensure alignment.

Communicate results effectively across departments while executing standard work processes and standard operating procedures.

Perform analytical test methods independently once training is completed and continue learning new methods.

Conduct testing on raw materials, in-process samples, finished goods, and other materials.

Document laboratory data accurately in laboratory notebooks, SAP (Systems, Applications, and Products), and LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems).

Safely handle and dispose of chemicals in accordance with safety standards.

Support investigations related to customer complaints, discrepancies, and laboratory results.

Report laboratory results to operations in a timely manner and review results as needed.

Evaluate out-of-specification results and contribute to problem-solving activities.

Perform daily laboratory maintenance and support continuous improvement efforts.
Required Qualifications that Enable Your Success

High school diploma.

Strong motivation to deliver high-quality laboratory data efficiently.

Effective problem-solving skills and ability to make timely decisions.

Ability to interact professionally with internal customers, vendors, and stakeholders.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer-based analytical instrumentation systems.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple and changing priorities with minimal supervision.
