*Ability to answer multi-line phones
*Have knowledge of Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
*Availability for some nights, weekends, and holidays
*Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
*GPA of 2.5 or higher Essential Duties/Responsibilities: *Assist students, faculty, staff, and visiting guests upon entering the facility
*Data entry, typing, photocopying, and/or using office equipment
*Support emergency response process as needed
