We are always with a smile on our faces, ready to go through any challenge together!</li><li>We are 4000 <strong>#METROCHAMPIONS</strong> and we invite you to find out more and join the team!</li></ul><h3>Job Description</h3><p><strong>In the role of Event Manager B4B, you will use your skills and learn with us to:</strong></p><ul><li>Support the events planning and operations of the Gastronometro Competence Centre in line with HoReCa department strategy;</li><li>Develop training materials in order to create and improve internal and external competencies for targeted business solutions;</li><li>Organize internal and external events with HoReCa industry partners, online and offline;</li><li>Build, maintain and strengthen relationships and collaboration with the HoReCa community;</li><li>Plan - Coordinate - Implement specific Business For Business events activities, coordinate communication and act as a liaison between the HoReCa Department, event agencies, partners, suppliers and involved departments in METRO Romania;</li><li>Ensure that all events support Metro Romania's strategy for HoReCa clients;</li><li>Monitor all HoReCa events results against the event and post-event objectives.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>You can be our Event Manager B4B if you have:</strong></p><ul><li>1-3 years of PR experience, learning; event management;</li><li>Strong interest in working with HoReCa projects;</li><li>Customer-oriented skills and you are able to properly interact with customers and external partners on various occasions;</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills;</li><li>Proficiency in English;</li><li>Advanced knowledge of MS Office;</li><li>Computer and digital skills;</li><li>Proactiveness in identifying issues and ownership to resolve them quickly and creatively, with good decision-making skills;</li><li>Good understanding of local HoReCa landscape, food and beverage concepts;</li><li>Basic understanding of digital channels, social media content, photography;</li><li>Proactive attitude and you are a great team player with an open and positive spirit;</li><li>Driving licence category B.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>We're ready to train and reward you as a #METROCHAMPION:</strong></p><ul><li>Lunch and holiday are provided by us through meal vouchers and holiday bonus;</li><li>Your health is a priority for us, that's why you benefit from private medical insurance;</li><li>Your performance is rewarded with team or individual bonuses;</li><li>You get extra days off for various occasions;</li><li>You have access to psychological, financial and legal counselling for you and your family;</li><li>You get holiday and special occasion bonuses (Christmas, Easter, 1st of June);</li><li>You get a referral bonus for new #METROCHAMPIONS for our team;</li><li>You get discounts on medical and sports subscriptions;</li><li>We value stability and reward it with extra vacation days and loyalty bonuses.</li></ul>
