What you’ll be doing:

• Front-End Development: Develop front-end features in React/Typescript with full ownership of feature flow, launched in our A/B experimentation framework.
• Back-end Development: Develop backend features using Python/Django
• Raising the bar of our end-to-end solutions: Leverage previous experience to implement and socialize current best practices in front-end and back-end.
• Use a Data-driven approach: Our goal is not to deliver code but to deliver user value. Data-driven approaches and experimentation are its heartbeats. Together with your teammates, you will be responsible for delivering value, conducting analysis, generating ideas, and maintaining focus.
• Prioritization: Strike a balance between delivering fast results and maintaining high-quality, sustainable systems.
• Chasing Excellence: Embody a mindset of mastery by continuously seeking to improve your craft, delivering work of exceptional quality, and inspiring those around you to aim higher.

What you need to succeed:

• Full-Stack Expertise: This role is primarily front-end focused, with approximately 70% of the work dedicated to front-end development and 30% to back-end development, requiring solid front-end expertise and well-rounded full-stack engineering skills.
• Front-end Expertise: Strong expertise in React, Typescript, HTML5, and CSS.
• Exposure to back-end tech: Expertise in Python/Java/Node.js/Ruby/Ruby on Rails/PHP/Golang.
• Understanding Architectural Patterns: While deep backend expertise isn’t required, we do value familiarity with key architectural concepts and an ability to contribute to building reliable, efficient services that support user-facing features at scale.
• Proactive Problem-Solving: You will be expected to face and solve challenges independently, both in the codebase and in our product initiatives.
• Communication Skills: Good at working with others and communicating effectively in English at a B2 level or higher.
