Job Description Summary:

The Manager, Commercial Capabilities position will report directly to the Director of Integrated Communications. This person is responsible for supporting communications, change management, execution, and optimization of tools within the Commercial - Integrated Communications portfolio. This includes applications like: Commercial+, The Coca-Cola Commitment, INCAST, PicOS, and Gameplan along with the reporting that supports each application. The incumbent will provide leadership to the North America system on defining the business requirements to ensure content and data are easily available to our internal and external partners.

What You’ll Do for Us

  • Develop a communication process to collaborate with customers and update stakeholders on the progress of a project.

  • Provide updates in the form of emails, newsletters, and other written communications.

  • Facilitate meetings with leadership and creating presentations.

  • Manage project schedules, updating project documentation, determining which tasks to prioritize, and ensuring the timely completion of deliverables.

  • Support the implementation of business solutions and analyzing the benefits of those solutions.

  • Collection of project requirements and meeting with project teams regularly to coordinate tasks and resolve conflicts.

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Project Management, Industrial Engineering or a related area required.

Experience Required:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • The ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Effective communication and leadership skills.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Experience with training development, design, and implementation.

Skills Required:

  • Program / Project Management

  • Data Analysis (PowerBI, Tableau, Adobe Analytics & Anaplan a plus)

  • Product Management

  • Change & Risk Management

  • Presentation Skills

Pay Range:

$98,400 - $120,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
